We are pleased to announce a new user-friendly, and secure way of receiving order updates and tracking your order. With Facebook's recent updates to it's messenger platform gone are the days of tediously having to keep track of your digitally created tracking number from the shipping provider. We are now able to send/receive helpful order updates right from the time of purchase up to your order arriving on your doorstep, thus allowing you to see and ask questions throughout the entire purchasing process in one convenient place. (If you decide to equip the messenger function we will still forward you an email with your provider-based tracking number for the time being to ensure you have all means available to you for total order transparency).
If you would like to receive your order updates via Facebook Messenger, simply check the box presented during your checkout and you're all set :)
